Card in the Window

This was performed by David Blaine in 'Street Magic'

Effect

A volunteer picks a card at random and shows it to everyone apart from the magician. He then places it into the middle of the deck. The magician then throws the whole deck of cards at a shop window or similar, and the volunteers card is stuck to the window on the inside of the shop.

Props

A normal deck of playing cards is needed, and an extra card of the card you will force on the volunteer. An accomplice is also needed.

Instructions

	Give a duplicate of the card you are going to force on the volunteer to an accomplice. He will then stick the card in a shop or restaurant window with magicians wax or similar, so the card is facing outwards.
	Have your volunteer and audience facing towards you with their backs to the window.
	Force a card on your spectator using any technique you wish, and let him show the card to everyone.
	Place the card into the middle of the deck, and then through the cards in the direction of the window
	When everyone turns around, the volunteer's card will be stuck to the inside of the window.
